Our dedicated pet and equine team all share a deep love and respect for animals and the people who love them, being part of the J Passey and Son Group we have been working along side pet owners since 1913, still family owned, the founders great, great, grand-daughter is the overseer of Eclipse.

Eclipse was created to offer a gentler way to say goodbye. Our family’s involvement is woven into every aspect of what we do, from the way we communicate with grieving families to the thoughtful details in our memorial offerings.

Due to the growth of the business in 2023 we moved from our premises in Newbury where Jim Passey had established his business in 1913 and re-located to Great Shefford where we now have more space for our dedicated pet service.

We have a wonderful team of professionals, all have been around animals for most of their lives; they bring many years of experience, together with compassion and understanding.

We offer many services to the equine, pet, vet, and the farming community, we are always happy to chat if you are after advice.

If you wish you can bring your pet to us and say your goodbyes, in our dedicated Chapel of Rest or we offer a collection service where we come and collect your pet from either your home or veterinary practice.
